My Birthday! Oh, and Episode 7 of Platinum Hard-Mode!!

Hey! It's my birthday, today!
I turn 20 this year, and what better way to celebrate than pure epicness!

I give you the next installment in what I'm going to start calling "PokeMondays!"
because puns are awesome.


Anyway, this is definitely my favorite episode thus far.
I discovered the awesomeness of custom brushes in Photoshop/Gimpshop, and by fate I was able to test them out to their fullest. I used cement texture, blood spatter, gritty dirt, and fire effects, all in white to make crazy snowstorms.

As far the story, this was both the best and worst chapter in my adventure.
So, it stands to say that those two points conjoining makes this the most epic installment to my series. And I plan to have each of the next ones become more epic.

Pokemon Platinum Hard-Mode Episode 6

WHAT IS UP WITH THE DELAY, DUDE?

yeah, so I missed the deadline for the pokemon comic, and I haven't posted anything else either. I haven't juggled my time commitments well, lately. and currently, I'm locked out of my computer so the pokecomic is trapped.

My keyboard isn't working, so I'm stuck on the login screen... <_<
Just letting you guys know that the lack of updatelaage is not permanent.

Anyone Else Have Days Like These?

Right. So this is pretty much an average day for me. Anyone else have this happen?

Why Goats are more interesting than you.

What animal is famous for facial hair?

The goatee wearing crazy GOAT, that's who.

The only other animal to have that big an influence on fashion is the Mink. And we all know how it turned out for him. 

Because no one wants to WEAR a goat. We just want to look like them by trimming our face hairs into what mister goat is wearing.

It's funny, actually. If you have one character or person, you can make an evil twin version of them, simply by adding a goatee.

This is most likely because goats are seen as related to the devil, what with those horns, and stunning facial-hair. (also hooves to step on your sent-to-hell face.)

I think that Satan is symbolized by goats because early priests were jealous that they couldn't grow one.

Anyway, mythology aside, goats are behind some the funniest videos ever:

Bunny Sitting

My friend asked me watch over her bunny, Australia over the weekend. She was pretty timid at everything at first. After a day, she was comfortable with everything and was running around doing Parkour

I bet you can't tell which video-game I'm currently hooked on!

Yeah, I've really gotten into Star Craft 2. I played some Star Craft 1 about .. oh, 10 years ago, and did pretty terribly. Now I've been playing a free 7-hour trail of Star Craft 2 "THANK YOU BLIZZARD" and things are TOTALLY different, except that I'm still pretty terrible. That's... That's exactly the same.

I did win ONE round, when I betrayed my little buddies to play as Protoss. But even though I won, I still felt awful, and went right back my adorable aliens.

Note: The zerg are by no means 'adorable' to normal people, but I'm the guy who roots for Alien in the AVP movies (and to the praise of my mom!) So, eventually I'll tackle the steep learning curve.



Bonus points to correctly name the zerg units depicted by Mikey.

Pokemon Platinum Nuzlocke Hard-Mode Episode: 5 "Delicious Filler"

Here's the fifth installment of Pokemon Platinum 'Nuzlocke' Hard-Mode.

I apologize in advance for the awkward size/positioning. I'm still learning all this fun 'internet engineer'-ing stuff.

But nothing of importance has been cut off.

In an effort to wrap up the series, I've decided to make each episode include a gym battle, so that I only have four episode left until the Elite Four Final Fight Frenzy (That might actually be the title of it.)

But then I realized that I left off the feature-length episode 4 right at the Water Gym.

So, This episode starts a day before the end of the previous episode. I went ahead and included the important character filler that I ended up cutting out of the MASSIVE ep#4.

So, anyway. Enjoy!

Idiot Dog

We have a dog who resides at our house. I refuse to say "I have a dog". She is Mom's dog.
I don't particularly have anything AGAINST dogs, but I'm a cat person if I'm an animal person at all.

Don't get me wrong, I love animals
But I don't want any for several reasons

1. Smell
2. Noise
3. Hair
4. Money
5. Cleaning

However, mom got a dog from the pound. Her name is BB, because before she went to the pound, she was shot with a BB gun by her previous owner. It's sad and I try to be sympathetic towards her. But she's absolutely bi-polar.

She hates me more than Roger Ebert hates the 'Sex in the City' movie.
